Milacron Acquires American Extrusion Services

Milacron LLC, Batavia, OH, recently completed the acquisition of American Extrusion Services. AES, Springboro, OH, has been in business for 25 years offering extrusion, gearbox, field service and repair.

AES’ staff will join the Milacron team and will continue to be based in Springboro at its current location. David Allison, the president and owner of American Extrusion Services, will serve as director of extrusion services when he begins at Milacron. Allison brings several years of engineering and managerial experience with companies such as BF Goodrich, Newell-Rubbermaid and Honda. He will be responsible for unifying, standardizing and growing the gearbox repair business across the different business units within the Aftermarket division of Milacron.
