Based on search parameters, the Scientific Material Matrix App provides information on over 25 properties of material. It also offers side-by-side comparison of multiple materials. By choosing a specific property and entering the desired value of the property, users will get a list of the closest matching plastics.

The app is the electronic version of Steinwall’s 18x24" laminated poster and should be used as a starting point for research prior to selecting a plastic for a product.
