RJG Acquires G&A Moulding Technology

A plan calling for G&A Moulding Technology and RJG, Traverse City, MI, to join forces will commence in January, which is when RJG will acquire the European company specializing in support, training and advisory services for the injection molding industry.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen RJG’s existing global footprint. The organization will have 119 employees located in the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, Singapore and China.
