Novatec, Inc., Baltimore, MD, recently hired Jaime A. Gómez as vice president-market development to enhance efforts to grow its share of the pneumatic conveying and engineered systems markets for plastic processors.

He has 20 years of experience within the plastics industry including the past six years as global business development manager for Chemicals and Plastics at K-Tron, Inc. He also has been active in both the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and the Society of Plastics Industry (SPI).
