Milacron Names New CFO

Bruce Chalmers

Bruce Chalmers has been appointed to the role of chief financial officer for Milacron LLC, Cincinnati, OH. He will replace current CFO John C. Francy, who is retiring at the end of the year.

Chalmers has been the company's vice president-finance since January. Prior to joining Milacron, he had a similar role at MetoKote Corporation. He also has worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP’s Transaction Services Practice, Stout Causey Capital, Millenium Chemicals Inc. and Ernst & Young LLP.
