A new polypropylene grade purging compound from Sun Plastech Inc., Parsippany, NJ, now is available in the US.

ASACLEAN HP was originally developed for the automotive industry and mostly has been used for Tier 1 automotive molders in Japan that create large parts such as door panels. It also has a higher melt flow and is suitable for high-cavitation hot runner cleaning. ASACLEAN HP grade offers a service temperature range of 340-570 degrees Fahrenheit.
