Dickten Masch Plastics Acquires Nyloncraft, Inc.

Dickten Masch Plastics, a thermoplastics and thermoset manufacturer with metal stamping and assembly capabilities headquartered in Nashotah, WI, has acquired technical plastics manufacturer Nyloncraft, Inc., Mishawaka, IN. The transaction broadens the technical expertise of both companies.

The two now offer the benefits of a global footprint, as well as innovative technical product and process knowledge. These include Nyloncraft's patented vacuum boost aspirator and injection compression technology, complemented by DMP's extensive thermoplastic and thermoset processes, fluid level indicators and materials analysis lab services.

Nyloncraft will keep the same name, organization and team at its Indiana headquarters and facility in Jonesville, MI. DMP has other facilities in Ankeny, IA, and Monterrey, Mexico.
