M. Holland Completes Formation of Mexico Venture

M. Holland Company, Northbrook, Illinois, announced that it completed the formation of its new affiliate in Mexico, to be called M. Holland Latinoamerica, S.de R.L. de C.V. The business is a partnership between M. Holland and leading plastics and chemicals distributor Grupo Solquim of Mexico City.

The partnership comprises assets contributed by both partners, including Grupo Solquim’s polymer sales and distribution capabilities. The new company opens with nearly 500 customers and an infrastructure that includes commercial reach throughout Mexico, all supported by warehousing, bagging lines, rail terminals, pulverizing equipment and bulk and packaged delivery trucks.
