RJG Training Excellence Award Winners Announced at Conference

RJG, Inc. created the RJG Training Excellence Award to recognize clients for their commitment to the RJG Master MolderSM Certification program. The Master Molder program was developed to bridge the gap between classroom instruction and implementation on the production floor. Three RJG customers were recognized at the MAPP Conference for their commitment to workforce training: Ironwood Plastics, Piolax Corporation and World Class Plastics.

Ironwood Plastics, Ironwood, MI, strives meet the needs of its customers through an extensive in-house training program. Ironwood has trained 16 people through Master Molder I, and seven have gone on to complete Master Molder II.

Piolax Corporation was established in 1988 in Canton, GA, as a subsidiary of Piolax Incorporated and produces various products using "elasticity" technology. Piolax has trained 20 people through Master Molder I, with two continuing on to complete Master Molder II.

World Class Plastics, Inc., Russells Point, OH, has earned its position in the industry through a focus on leadership, training and process control. World Class Plastics has trained 17 people through Master Molder I, and nine have gone on to complete Master Molder II.
